The Best Wedding Locations, Venues And Sites In Baltimore

You should not have a difficult time finding a great wedding location or reception hall in Baltimore, Maryland. With a metro population of 2.6 million residents, this area is large enough to support hundreds of potential wedding facilities. Whether you are searching for a traditional church wedding location or a one-of-a-kind historic wedding venue, the Baltimore area has plenty of options. The area also has many outdoor options including venues for nautical weddings around the Inner Harbor. The key to finding the best wedding venue is to expand your search outside of your closest neighborhoods. Although you may find a great option just down the street from your house, expanding your search into some of the surrounding neighborhood areas may uncover your top wedding location. Each area of Baltimore has a unique style and a different set of potential wedding facilities and reception sites.

The city of Baltimore can be divided into 9 unique regions. The Central, Eastern, Western, Northern, Northeastern, Northwestern, Southern, Southeastern, and Southwestern regions each offer different options for wedding venues and reception halls. In the northwest area, the neighborhoods of Fallstaff, Park Heights, Television Hill, Reisterstown Station, Cheswolde, Ashburton, Glen and Pimlico offer totally different wedding venues then you will find in the northern areas of Cedarcroft, Govans, Hampden, Keswick, Little Korea Town, Lake Evesham, Roland Park, Woodberry, Ednor Gardens, Abell, Guilford, Remington, Wyndhurst, and Poplar Hill.

The Northeast neighborhood of Loch Raven, Gardenville, Ramblewood, Lauraville, Cedonia, Belair-Edison and Coldstream-Homestead-Montebello have a different style from the west neighborhoods of Poppleton, Walbrook, Harlem Park, Coppin Heights, Rosemont and Franklin Square. If you live in one of the East neighborhoods of Greenmount, Oldtown-Latrobe, Orangeville, Johnston Square, Madison-Eastend, Armistead Gardens or Oliver, you may want to also look in the southeast areas of Brewer's Hill, Fells Point, Kresson, Perkins Homes, Washington Hill, Ellwood Park, Butchers Hill, Bayview, McElderry Park, Greektown, Highlandtown, Patterson Park and O'Donnell Heights. An excellent way to share the love is to donate your floral decoration to a Baltimore Nursing Home Or Assisted Living Facility.

Also, the Southwest neighborhoods of Hollins Market, Sowebo, Violetville, Union Square, Morrell Park, Wakefield, Carrollton Ridge and Edmondson Village have different facilities from the Southern area of Cherry Hill, Locust Point, Westport, Pratt Monroe and Curtis Bay. The Central downtown area includes some the oldest neighborhoods. The Inner Harbor, Ridgely's Delight, Barre Circle, Lexington Market, Upton, Otterbein, Mount Vernon, Charles Center, Bolton Hill, Madison Park, Station North and Seton Hill each have their own set of potential wedding venues.

The list of areas to search can also be expanded to include the surrounding neighborhoods of Brooklyn Park, Glen Burnie, Lochearn, Parkville, Woodlawn, Towson, Arbutus, Catonsville, Lansdowne-Baltimore Highlands, Dundalk, Rosedale, Pikesville, and Overlea neighborhoods. Although it can seem a bit overwhelming at times, finding the ideal wedding venue and reception hall in Baltimore is just a matter of searching the right neighborhoods.
