Perfect Venue
|
I am having my wedding here in June, 2010 and I am so excited. The ballroom is
absolutely gorgeous. The exposed wooden beams that make up the ceiling are
absolutely gorgeous. When you walk in the room, it is so hard to not fall in
love with it. When I went in for my first tour I was ready to book it right
there, I knew it was the place. One of the best things is that the room can be
customized to however you want it. Many other places set up for you just like
they have the hundreds of brides before you but here you can do it however you
like. It is a great place to start a new life with your loved one.

Mixed Feelings

Beautiful place to hold an event; we used it for our wedding &
reception. Their in-house event people can certainly decorate a room,
but I would never again pay them for wedding coordination! The
Admiral will let you use outside vendors for your event, so I would
recommend that you hire an outside wedding planner to coordinate
with their staff. Maybe just ask them how much they would charge to
decorate the room only??? They certainly did not appear to have
much experience with actual wedding planning, as they ended up
letting many things fall out during the reception - many things that
were actually discussed beforehand. Coordination certainly takes a lot
of effort, and they just weren't able to pull it all together that evening.
